Description
DRPT awards Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 funding for the enhanced mobility of seniors (ages 65 and older) and individuals with disabilities. The Other Capital: Contracted Transportation award funds projects to provide transportation to the eligible population through contracted vendor(s).
All new contracted transportation services must include a justification for the cost of the vendor services requested, or an Independent Cost Estimate. Returning contracted transportation service grantees should provide their current contract or solicitation for services to demonstrate cost justification.
If you would like to request funds for marketing or other expenses related to your provision of service, please also apply to the Operating Funding Opportunity.
This is a reimbursement grant. The local match is 4%. If awarded, the local match will be deducted from the reimbursement request.
